Limitations on delivery
Delivery can only be made within the Federal Republic of Germany
In case of deliveries to Islands, please contact us separately.
Delivery of small articles
Delivery of small articles is effected exclusively by DHL. Up to an order value of €500, a flat rate of €8.95 will be charged for shipping. For orders of €500 and above, we ship free of Charge.
Shipment of large articles
As soon as an order contains large items, shipment will be made by the transport agent EMONS. The shipping charges incurred thereby are calculated on the basis of weight and the postcode of the delivery address. The corresponding shipping cost for your delivery will be displayed in your shopping cart. For this, you must be registered as a customer in the online shop.
Information concerning small and large articles
Large articles are:
- Beds
- Slatted frames
- Headboards
- Mattresses
- Mattress toppers
- Children's high chair
All other items are considered small articles.
Delivery times and order processing
If the order is for small articles in stock, order processing will follow immediately and delivery by DHL will be in approx. 3-5 working days. In the case of orders for articles not in stock, delivery will normally be approximately 3-4 weeks after order placement.
